A tasty and comforting Chinese noodle soup thats great for any event. This soup is a treat for the taste buds because it has savory chicken broth, soft noodles, and crisp vegetables.
Ingredients:
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 2 bundles of Chinese egg noodles
- 2 cups sliced bok choy
- 1 cup sliced shiitake mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sliced green onions for garnish
Instructions:
Get the chicken broth boiling in a big pot
After you add the Chinese egg noodles, cook them according to the directions on the package until they are soft
Add the shiitake mushrooms, soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic
Its important to mix everything together well
Keep cooking for 5 to 7 minutes more, until the vegetables are soft
Add pepper and salt to taste

Top with sliced green onions
