- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Cooked rice, for serving
- Sesame seeds and sliced green onions, for garnish
Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, gochujang, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger to make the marinade

Seal the bag or cover the dish, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to marinate

Remove the pork chops from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off, and place them in the hot skillet
Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until fully cooked and browned
Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside
In the same skillet, add the sliced bell peppers and onion
Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until they start to soften and become slightly charred
Return the cooked pork chops to the skillet with the vegetables
Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until everything is heated through
