Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked quinoa, cooled
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 175F 350C
Prepare a cake pan by greasing it
Put quinoa, almond milk, eggs, and vanilla in a blender
Mix until its smooth
Melt the butter and add the coconut sugar
Mix the ingredients together well in a large bowl
Put the quinoa mix into the bowl and mix it well
Add the salt, baking soda, cocoa powder, and baking powder
Mix until its smooth
Add the chocolate chips and mix them in
Pour the batter into the cake pan that has been ready
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until you can stick a toothpick in the middle and it comes out clean
Cool the cake in the pan for 10 minutes, then move it to a wire rack to cool all the way down
