These Spicy Roasted Sweet Potatoes are a perfect paleo side dish with a kick of flavor. The combination of paprika, cayenne pepper, and other spices gives these sweet potatoes a spicy and savory twist. Theyre easy to prepare and make a great addition to any paleo meal.

Ingredients:

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

Set the oven temperature to 425F 220C

Cubed sweet potatoes, olive oil, paprika, cayenne pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper should all be combined in a big bowl

Toss to ensure that the spice mixture coats the sweet potatoes evenly

Arrange the seasoned sweet potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet

Roast the sweet potatoes in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring halfway through, or until they are soft and beginning to crisp up
