Ingredients:
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley, for garnish
- Cooked pasta or crusty bread, for serving
Instructions:
In a bowl, toss the shrimp with Cajun seasoning until evenly coated
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat
Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant
