Ingredients:
- 300g pasta of your choice
- 200g wild mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup hazelnuts, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Gruyere cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Follow the directions on the package to cook the pasta until it is al dente
Remove the water and set it aside
Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-low heat
Add the minced garlic and cook until it smells good
It will take about 5 to 7 minutes for the wild mushrooms to start to brown after you add them to the pan
After you add the chopped hazelnuts to the pan, cook for another two to three minutes, until the nuts are golden and smell good
Put the cooked pasta in the pan with the hazelnuts and mushrooms
Sprinkle to mix
Add grated Gruyere cheese to the pasta and mix it around so that the cheese melts and covers all of the pasta
Add pepper and salt to taste
Before serving, sprinkle with fresh parsley
Enjoy while hot
