Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions:
Turn on your oven and heat it up to 375F 190C
Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, dried oregano and thyme, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl
Combine well
Put the chicken breasts in a baking dish and cover each one with the yogurt mixture
Smooth it out
Grate the Parmesan cheese and mix it with the breadcrumbs in a different bowl
Spread the breadcrumb mixture over the chicken breasts that have been covered in yogurt and press it down gently to stick
After the oven is hot, bake the chicken for 25 to 30 minutes, or until it is fully cooked and the coating is golden brown and crunchy
If you want, you can serve it hot and top it with fresh herbs
