Ingredients:
- 1 head cauliflower, chopped
- 1 head broccoli, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
Instructions:
Put chopped broccoli and cauliflower in a large bowl
Add apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to a small bowl and mix them together with a whisk
